Traditional liquid-phase overnight hybridization experiments are time-consuming, and tumor and pathogen detection require faster and more stable workflows. Dynegene introduces the QuarHyb Super DNA Reagent Kit, a rapid hybridization capture kit that achieves high on-target rates and uniform coverage. With flexible hybridization times ranging from 15 minutes to 2 hours, users can adjust the protocol according to specific panel requirements and experimental needs.
Highlights
-
Flexible Hybridization Time
Hybridization times of 15 minutes, 2 hours, or overnight can be flexibly selected based on specific needs.
-
Superior Performance
Even with reduced hybridization times, the kit delivers on-target rates and coverage uniformity comparable to overnight hybridization.
-
Broad Compatibility
Compatible with various panel sizes and sequencing platforms, including Illumina and MGI.

Figure 2. Capture Performance at Different Hybridization Times (Uniformity) |
Prepared libraries were constructed using QuarPrep EZ DNA Library Kit (Dynegene, Cat. # NL1002), with 500 ng prepared libraries input per capture experiment. Different panel sizes (82.35 kb, 598.47 kb, 40 Mb) were used for hybridization experiments following the QuarHyb Super DNA Reagent Kit (Dynegene, Cat.# NC1009) protocol. Results showed that even at 15 minutes of hybridization, the capture performance remained excellent, allowing users to adjust hybridization times flexibly according to their needs.
Note: "Overnight-QuarHyb DNA" refers to Dynegene's conventional overnight hybridization reagent, QuarHyb DNA Plus 2 Reagent Kit (Dynegene, Cat.# NC1008).

Figure 4. Capture Performance Across Different Panels (Uniformity) |
Prepared libraries were constructed using QuarPrep EZ DNA Library Kit (Dynegene, Cat. # NL1002), with 500 ng prepared libraries input per capture experiment. Different panel sizes were tested for 2-hour rapid hybridization with QuarHyb Super DNA Reagent Kit (Dynegene, Cat. # NC1009), alongside overnight hybridization using Dynegene's conventional hybridization reagent, QuarPrep EZ DNA Library Kit (Dynegene, Cat.# NC1008).
Results demonstrated comparable data between rapid hybridization with QuarHyb Super DNA Reagent Kit and overnight hybridization with QuarHyb DNA Plus 2 Reagent Kit, achieving high on-target rates and excellent uniformity.
Note: The sizes of the panels are as follow: Panel 1: 82.35 kb; Panel 2: 121.93 kb; Panel 3: 598.47 kb; Panel 4: 1602.00 kb; Panel 5: 2039.16 kb; Panel 6: 40 Mb.
● Batch-to-Batch Consistency

Figure 6. Capture Performance Across Different Batches (Uniformity) |
To validate batch consistency, three reagent batches were tested using an 82.35 kb panel according to the QuarHyb Super DNA Reagent Kit (Dynegene, Cat. # NC1009) protocol. Each batch included six replicates under identical conditions.
Results indicated stable capture performance across different batches, ensuring reproducibility and reliability.
