The QuarStar Pan Cancer Panel 1.0 includes 515 cancer-related gene coding regions, with a DNA probe size of 1.6 M. It can detect various types of mutations, including base substitutions, insertions, deletions, and copy number variations. The panel also offers options for microsatellite instability (MSI) sites and chemotherapy-related polymorphic sites as spike-in targets, with customizable selections.

Data

Figure 1. DNA library construction was performed using male genomic DNA (Promega-male, G1471) and QuarPrep EZ DNA Library Kit 1.0 (Enzyme digestion and library preparation kit, Cat# NL1002, Dynegene). The library was then captured using the QuarStar Pan Cancer Panel 1.0 (Cat# NX9002, Dynegene) and QuarHyb DNA Reagent Kit Plus (Cat# NC1007, Dynegene). The results showed excellent capture efficiency and uniformity.
