High yield of library

 

 

Using human gDNA as a template, an input of 20 ng was utilized. BRCA amplification primers were used for ultra-multiplex PCR amplification, using Dynegene QuarMultiple PCR Capture Kit 2.0 (Cat. No. NL2011) along with competing products (A, B, C, and D). Subsequently, Dynegene library construction reagent (Cat. No. NL2012) was used for sequencing library construction. In comparison to competing products, Dynegene QuarMultiple PCR Capture Kit 2.0 exhibited higher library output.

 

 

Excellent coverage and uniformity

 

 

The aforementioned library was subjected to sequencing analysis. The results indicate that Dynegene QuarMultiple PCR Capture Kit exhibits exceptional coverage uniformity.

 

 

Compatible with multiple primers

 

 

For the customization of 5000+ amplification primers, using human gDNA as templates and Dynegene QuarMultiplex PCR reagent (NL2011&NL2012) for targeted enrichment sequencing. The sequencing results demonstrate that Dynegene QuarMultiplex PCR reagent exhibited excellent coverage and uniformity.
