- Superior performance with different hybridization reagents.

Figure 1. WES3.0 capture data with different hybridization reagents
Using ultrasonically fragmented NA12878 as input sample for library preparation (Dynegene, NL1001), overnight hybridization reagent (Dynegene, NC1003) and rapid hybridization reagent (Dynegene, NC1006) were used. Hybridization capture was performed with QuarXeq Human All Exon Probes 3.0. The sequencing results were all excellent.
- Excellent capture results for both single and multiple-plex hybridizations

Figure 2. WES3.0 capture performance for single and multiple-plex hybridizations
Using ultrasonically fragmented blood gDNA as input sample forlibrary preparation (Dynegene, NL1001), QuarXeq Human All Exon Probes 3.0 and overnight hybridization reagent (Dynegene, NC1003) were used for single and multiple-plex hybridization. The sequencing results showed excellent capture performance for both single and multiple-plex hybridizations.
- Comparable capture performance to competing products

Figure 3. Capture data of Dynegene WES3.0 and competing products
Using NA12878 as a sample, capture assays were performed with the whole exome probes from Dynegene, Company A, and Company B according to their respective instructions for library construction and hybridization. Sequencing was performed on the Novaseq 6000 platform. The results show that Dynegene's WES3.0 probes are comparable in performance to competing products.
