RNA standards (Agilent, Item No.: 740000-41) are sampled for RNA library preparation at different inputs and NL3011 (Dynegene) is used for mRNA enrichment. Then NL3008 (Dynegene) is used for library preparation and the sequencing is performed on an Illumina platform. The results showed that higher yield and lower residual rate of rRNA can be obtained after mRNA enrichment library preparation at different inputs. even at the limit input of 1ng.

RNA standards (Agilent, Item No.: 740000-41) and samples (human RNA, mouse RNA 1, mouse RNA 2) are selected at an input of 1μg. NL3011 (Dynegene) is used for mRNA enrichment. Then NL3008 (Dynegene) is used for library preparation and the sequencing is performed on an Illumina platform. The results showed that higher yield and lower residual rate of rRNA both can be obtained in different species after mRNA enrichment library preparation.

RNA standards (Agilent, Item No.: 740000-41) are used as input of 100ng. A complete set of RNA enrichment library preparation kits are used for the library preparation respectively according to the respective instructions of Dynegene and supplier (A). The results showed that Dynegene delivers higher library yield and lower residual rate of rRNA than supplier (A).
