High on-target rates and uniform coverage

Figure 1: Comparison of the performance of overnight hybridization reagent and the new rapid hybridization reagent
NA12878 is used for library preparation (Dynegene, NL1001); Conventional overnight hybridization reagent (Dynegene, NC1003) and the new rapid hybridization reagent (Dynegene, NC1006) are used separately to perform hybridization capture in single sample reaction with tumor 10-gene panel (Dynegene, NY1016) at a library input of 500 ng. The results showed that: The sequencing results of using NC1006 for capture are in accordance with those of using overnight hybridization reagent for capture.
Compatible with panels of different sizes

Figure 2. The performance of hybridization capture with panels of different sizes
NA12878 is used for library preparation (Dynegene, NL1001). Tumor 10-gene panel (Dynegene, NY1016), 523-gene panel (Dynegene, NY1014) and WES3.0 panel (Dynegene, NY1009) are used separately to perform fast hybridization capture in single-plex reaction at a library input of 500 ng. The results showed good on-target rate and uniform coverage with all 3 panels of different sizes.
Excellent single-Plex hybridization and multiple-Plex hybridization capture Performances

Figure 3. The performances of 1-Plex and 8-Plex hybridization
NA12878 is usedfor library preparation (Dynegene, NL1001). 523-gene panel (Dynegene, NY1014) was used for 1-plex and 8-plex reaction (500 ng/plex). The results showed thatfast hybridization reagents give consistent data at both 1-plex and 8-plex reaction.
Combined with iQuars 50 Automated Workstation to deliver excellent results

Figure 4. The comparison of performance of iQuars 50 and manual operation
Library is prepared from sample NA12878 by the enzyme digestion library preparation kit (Dynegene, NL1002) ,and WES3.0 ( Dynegene, NY1009) is used to perform fast hybridization capture in single-plex reaction. Sequencing data showed thatthe performanceof iQuars 50 are comparable to those of manual operation.
