Excellent Connection Efficiency
The improved ligation efficiency directly leads to the promotion of library conversion rate. We also optimized the ligation system in order to get ideal library. The performance of all three different adapters from Dynegene showed high ligation efficiency.
PS: Relative Ligation Efficiency refers to the comparison between the ligation efficiency of Dynegene as a standard value and the ligation efficiency of competing products, The results showed that the gation efficiency of Dynegene is more than twice compared to competitor

Low Chimerism
Dynegene V 2.0-library preparation module was used to compare the performance of enzymatic and ultrasonic shearing. Hybridization capture was performed with Dynegene Exome 3.0 Panel and QuarHyb One Reagent Kit, and sequenced on NovaSeq 6000. The proportion of chimeras and standard deviation calculated by adjusting the data volume downward to 100X coverage. The following figure shows the proportion of chimeric reads of enzymatic fragmentation V 2.0, which is close to the ultrasonic shearing library preparation results, and the floating range is smaller.

Low base error rate
It is necessary to avoid false positives in order to corrrectly and sensitively detect gene mutation. The amplification enzyme system used for library preparation accounts for the key factor during the process, High-fidelity enzyme from Dynegene can ensure a higher accuracy rate.
